| Dear visitors, I live in Oregon with my three cats, and when I`m not tending to their needs, I`m lovingly crafting poems or handcrafted jewelry. I retired from the US Postal Service in 2001, and after surviving depression and a few other physical ailments, I became interested in writing poetry that speaks to people in an inspirational way. I know not from where my gift comes, but I enjoy putting the words down as they flow through me. If I can help one person by writing a few lines that encourages them, urges them on to change what`s not good in their lives, or merely puts a smile on their faces, my own life is made brighter. I`ve published two poetry books since 2004, A Voice in the Night, and Window Slll Wisdom: Life in Balance, both available at Amazon.com, Publish America.com, Barnes & Noble, other fine retailers, or by contacting me if you wish a signed copy.
