For home is with you Wherever we are You're my shoulder to lean on My port in the storm. You encourage my dreams You don't make me small If I start to stumble You help break my fall We've grown together My soul you feed For being there always You are my friend indeed The love of my life. ---------------------------------- Robin's Background Inspiration about her poem "Love Of My Life": This poem I wrote for my husband of 18 1/2 years. And how far the rock was hurled. Inside you look for boxes And pots and pans to bang Give me the keys, won't you please Where's the doorbell I just rang? Now the house is quiet My thoughts are running deep You are my little angel When you're sound asleep. ------------------------------------ Robin's Background Inspiration about her poem "My Little Angel": This poem was written about my son, my miracle child Steven. He was into everything, and very curious.
