About Joe Farley Joseph "Joe" Farley was born in  Pennsylvania. Joseph Farley has been a staple of the small press community for overt twenty years. He is best known as the editor of  ezines such as The Axe Factory Review, Poetry Chain Letter, Cynic Book Review, Holy Rollers, and others. Farley's own poetry, short stories and essays have been widely published in the USA, Canada and England and been translated into Japanese.
