Muses Prize started in October 2004 when the founder posted in online newsgroups a call for submissions for the 1st Muses Prize - Poetry.

III. Entry Fee

(New Rules for 4th Muses Prize - Poetry for 2007.) a. You only have to pay only 15$ to be eligible for all the awards cited above.
b. You have to submit a physical poetrybook or physical poemchap or physical poetry anthology to our postmail address.
c. Failure to pay $15 entry fee will lead to disqualification.
d. Your entry fee entitles you:
i. one year Author Homepage in the Author Homepage Section.

b. the poet was found to violate the rules of Muses Prize
c. the poet declines the award.
d. the poet was found plagiarizing
e. the poet slanders Muses Prize in public media or public email
f. the poet insults the judges of Muses Prize
g. the poet is found to be a member of organized crime or satanic groups.
